Convenient for Anchorage area activities/adventures and a great staging location for day trips north or south.

Enjoy the hot tub and take in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony for a peaceful and relaxing escape. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!

Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Beautiful new log cabin that's perfect for families or small groups. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms. It has a large great room with a spacious kitchen and dining area on one side and a living area on the other. This cabin has beautiful views of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
