Apartment is in a private house,on the ground floor,parking place in the courtyard. It has flat TV, WI-FI, aircondition,heating, well equipped kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with walk in shower,basic toileties set,towels,hair dryer,sofa bed,linen, private terace. “Sunset” 2BD apartment

This apartment is also part of our house in Klenovica and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. It's perfect for families with children. In front is a big terrace with a beautiful view to enjoy sunsets with the glass of wine/beer in a hand. The house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a place to barbecue and a backyard terrace. The beach is only 5 minutes away! We are pet friendly, max 2 pets. Pet fee is only charged for one pet (the additional amount after the reservation). Welcome!

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Novo opremljen i udoban apartman smješten pored grada Senja gdje vlasnici ne žive. Nalazi se 100 metara od plaže i 2,5 kilometra od centra grada Senja. Apartman ima svoj privatni ulaz, te besplatno parkirno mjesto. U sadržaju apartmana nudimo klima uređaj, kuhinju, WiFi Internet i tv ravnog ekrana. Posebni dio čini velika terasa na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i kameni roštilj koji svi gosti mogu koristiti. S balkona se vidi plaža i more.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House is located approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation. From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Micro location is very nice and quiet, excellent for real, deep relaxation.

Apartment is located in small and quiet place Klenovica, ideal place for good vacation and relaxtion . Apartment has air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and big terrace with magical view at the sea. Apartment is 2-3 minutes away from the beach by walk. Near the apartment there are stores, post office, coffee bar, restaurants with fish specialties,pizzeria, playground... Free parking space is also provided

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
