Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Bright apartment in close proximity to the beach, city and public transport. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. The flat has washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom is a full size bed in a kids room. Free parking. Super market 200m away. We love our apartment for the cozy spot in the kitchen and the calm neighbourhood. If you bring a child we can also mention the playground in back garden of the building.

Close to the train station with trains that run directly to the center every 10 minutes. 10 km. from the center of Copenhagen. The apartment is family friendly and toys and games are available. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and at the same time get quickly to the city with all its possibilities.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
