The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.

Butas yra labai šviesus, langai orientuoti į kiemo pusę, tai nesigirdi gatvės triukšmas. Namas turi savo vidinį kiemą tai nėra problemų su parkavimu.
