Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Ideal für Gäste die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und den gastfreundlichen Weinort Iphofen, mit zahlreichen Gaststätten und perfekter Infrastruktur, genießen wollen. Zugang zur Unterkunft erfolgt über eine steile alte Holztreppe. Deshalb nicht geeignet für gehbehinderte oder stark betrunkene Personen. Das letzte Glas Wein lieber oben trinken!
