“The Little Apartment“ is located on the site of the “Alte Zimmerei” and is approx. 10 minutes walking distance from the Hahnenkamm Cable Car base station and historic city center of Kitzbühel. Kitzbühel Guest Card - „KitzCard": All registered guests receive one free ascent and descent per person per day with the Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel summer lifts in May, June, September, and October from the first overnight stay (regular operating hours; excluding special and evening rides; bike transport €5).

Fichterhof

Unser Hof Fichtern liegt am Fuße der Bichlalm ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist das Zuhause von 15 Pferden und 2 Ponys. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachboden mit extra Eingang und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch und Balkon, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein extra WC. Unser Leitungswasser ist das Beste der Welt, Sie müssen kein stilles Wasser schleppen.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.
