Our frequent visitors, the elk, bald eagles & other wildlife are a magical view from your window.

Enjoy the waterfront view by the woodstove, or roast s’mores & absorb the tranquility at the gas firepit on the spacious deck. A perfect cozy winter retreat, you are right on the low bank waterfront of a private lagoon, & the Hood Canal, surrounded by woods. Outdoor amenities abound, with a pickleball court, 2 paddleboards, rowboat, & firepits at the beach & lagoon. Enjoy a scenic 1 hour drive to Olympic National Park, or watch for porpoises, otters and the resident bald eagles from the couch.

Mountain Home

Our newly renovated cabin is the quintessential place for your visit to the Kitsap Peninsula. We offer creature comforts like coffee, refrigerator, microwave, towels, shampoo, soaps and lovely decor inspired by the Pacific Northwest. Quiet and serene, but just 10 minutes from the town of Silverdale, 15 minutes to Poulsbo, and 19 miles to Seattle, as the crow flies. Catch the ferry from nearby Bremerton, Kingston, or Bainbridge Island. Come relax, enjoy the weather and nature we have to offer.

Enjoy a separate entrance to your private studio through the shared garage. You'll stay in a great location, situated between the old historic mill town of Pt. Gamble and the City of Poulsbo, known as "Little Norway." Both towns are on Puget Sound with cute shops. Many people also come to enjoy the Mts. We live about 1 mile S. of the famous Hood Canal floating bridge, known as the gateway to the Olympic Mountains." Check out Sequim, Lk Crescent (and Devil's Punch Bowl), Pt Townsend & more!

A great, private studio apartment with its own entrance in our remodeled basement, featuring stylish finishes. Guests can enjoy the hot tub and private guest-only gazebo. Convenient access to Seattle via Kingston or Bainbridge ferries, including the fast ferry from Kingston. Nicely located at the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, with proximity to the Olympic Peninsula. Downtown Poulsbo is under 15 minutes away. Located just over a mile south of the iconic Hood Canal floating bridge.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House sits up a steep driveway, surrounded by towering Douglas Firs and majestic Maples. Modern and newly renovated, the Carriage House apartment loft is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains will inspire and amaze all those who stay in the Carriage House. Ten minutes to the Seattle ferry, and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard . A washer(cold water only) and a dryer are in the Cartiage House laundry room.

Bright, Garden View "Guest House" at Ferngully

Full garden views, bright and modern secluded "guest house" 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.

A Tiny House in the Forest

Explore the Olympic Peninsula while staying in our bijoux tiny house nestled in the lush rain forest at Millie's Gulch. Sip your coffee (or wine!) listening to chattering birds and frogs. Grill a steak on the BBQ, light a fire in the pit and watch the stars peak out from behind the forest canopy. Read, relax, drive around to the local port towns or just do nothing - that's how we planned it. Small pets welcome - but please check with us before booking.

The Log House at Leaning Tree Beach

Located just south of Silverdale, this peaceful log cabin can be yours for the evening. Literally steps from the Puget Sound, you will sleep like a baby listening to the sound of the ocean waves and breeze through your window. Conveniently 10 minutes to the Bremerton/ Seattle ferry, and close to hiking trails and recreation in the Olympic Mountains. We have local recommendations available, and mooring options for boats.

Quiet Solitude in paradise

This beautiful, newly remodeled master suite (The Nest) provides beautiful views of the English garden and organic farm.
