Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Das nette, moderne 64 qm Apartment für 1-4 Personen mit Parkplatz befindet sich im Ortskern des kleinen Marktes Lembach im oberen Mühlviertel (OÖ) mit Grenznähe zu Deutschland (ca. 40 km) zwischen Passau und Linz. Kaufhäuser, Bäcker, Gastwirtschaften, …und ein Arzt sind leicht erreichbar. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
