We are in the area of Stephenville fondly referred to as “the base”. Many original buildings survive, take a walk & follow the storyboards explaining some of the town’s colourful history. We are easy walking distance from the Arts & Culture Center, the pool, movie theatre,playground, ball fields, gym, curling club, store, restaurants & bars.

Apartment is located in a triplex with good long term tenants. Located in a quiet area, but close to the town center. Note: Please be advised that there are long term tenants at this property that smoke unfortunately. We receive sporadic feedback that people are getting the scent based on winds around the HRV intake for upstairs.
