Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα από την πανέμορφη και ήσυχη παραλία στο χωριό Κεραμέ. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.

Πέτρινη αυλή, Αρμενιστης Ικαρια

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
