Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

With six bedrooms, three large bathrooms, large reception lounge and great kitchen dining room, the house is an outstanding location for golf and St Andrews.
