With the sound of the waves in the garden, the location provides for a tranquil and rejuvenating trip! The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6. We have many many returning guests with their dogs because you can hear the waves in the garden, the beach is so close!

There are two good pubs offering live music within a short walking distance and beautiful trails right on the doorstep. Private parking for 2 cars.

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. All bookings on Whitehouse Leisure Park require the guests names, ages, and car registration number if driving.
