The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! ‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

Nora by Sol Hus is a Scandi-inspired tiny house designed with nature in mind. Overlooking Boxing Bay, Nora is located a mere 100m from the beach on Kangaroo Island's pristine north coast. The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. Each booking supports ocean conservation through the Australian Ocean Laboratory. This tiny house is one of three tiny homes on site. They are located ~150m apart.

3 BR Cottage in bush setting by sea

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).

This luxury apartment consists of a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are included. For meal preparation there is a well-equipped kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not suitable for children. We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of presentation and customer service and are there to greet you on arrival to hand you the keys and answer any questions. Open living and dining area is spacious, light and airy with comfortable lounge and reverse cycle air conditioning. Three bedrooms accommodate 6 people. One king bed and two queen beds. Mattresses are very comfortable, and all beds are supplied with linen and towels.
