It’s the perfect get away for anyone that wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains with easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Charming Sierra Nevada Farm House Cottage

Our Guest Cottage is a Beautiful Farm house decor. Nestled at the base of the Sierra's and Lake Tahoe, you will find yourself at the heart of NV history. Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

The "Canyon Loft"

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. 2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.
