Whether enjoying the fully private heated swimming pool (ONLY AVAILABLE 15th May-28 Sept 2026) or cosy log burner in winter, The Hideaway is the ideal place to relax and unwind. 15 minutes drive to the North Norfolk beaches of Holkham and Wells-Next-The-Sea. Sandringham is also nearby. Fakenham is a mile for shops and the acclaimed Sculthorpe Mill a short walk away.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
