From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Situated in the beautiful Norfolk village of Shouldham, Park Lane provides the perfect blend of location, style and comfort. Here you are well positioned to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest, Norwich and King’s Lynn. Alternatively take a 10-minute stroll to Shouldham Warren, which offers stunning views across the fens. After, visit the King’s Arms pub. Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Parsley Barn - Private Wing with Two Bedrooms

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Ideal for walkers and dog walking. Its a peaceful location but still very close to Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail parks

Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Home from home garden lodge

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our (now only 1)dog who loves to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and shopping. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival.

Ideal for couples or families of three, the bedroom includes a king and single bed. 1 small, well behaved dog is welcome. Lavender Cottage is just 25 mins from the North Norfolk coast and the stunning beaches at Holkham, Wells and Brancaster; stately homes and gardens such as Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton; and several beautiful nature reserves. Or simply enjoy the local walks and country pubs!

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.
