The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. Unwind, relax and sip on a glass of wine in the hot tub or roast some S'mores on the deck. Rivers, farms and trails are near by. We are approx. 40 min from Seattle (no traffic). Note: This suite includes a kitchenette, no full kitchen.

Enjoy easy access to hiking, skiing, rafting, historical train ride, Dirt Fish driving school, Snoqualmie Casino, Snoqualmie Falls, golf, breweries, outlet mall, quaint downtown shops and i90. You’ll love the beautiful view of Mt Si and the comfortable bed. You have your own washer/dryer, too. Convenient keyless entry. We do our best to accommodate early arrival or late departures. Just ask! Our hideaway is great for singles or couples. No pets or children under age 12 please.

Mid-Century Luxe Lounge - Romantic and comfortable

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

This is a charming and conveniently located house in South Park, an older neighborhood of Seattle. You have your own space fully equipped. Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
