It doesn't matter whether you are going North or South from Anchorage the house is perfectly located.

Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

In the famed "Bear Valley" neighborhood, where the bears are your neighbors :) This location will require a rental car but serves as a breathtaking retreat that's central to exploring Anchorage and its' surrounding areas. Close by are trails, a park, wildlife and plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your Alaskan getaway with friends and family.

Delong House - Quiet home, close to airport

Whether a short layover or an extended stay, find comfort and style in this west anchorage home. Located 5 mins from both the airport and Kincaid Park in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from Delong Lake. Triple pane windows ensure air traffic is blocked out for a good night sleep. We love to travel within the state and enjoy the outdoors around anchorage, please let us know if you have any questions or would like tips on what to see or do! Due to allergies, no animals please.

McKenzie Place #2

McKenzie Place is located 5 minutes from Anchorage International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Midtown area. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

2 Bedroom Mountain Views Near Airport

Close to airport and Kincaid Park trails, enjoy panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains from the great room or the wrap around deck. The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Anchorage Cozy Cabin was build in the 1980 and is located next to Anchorage International Airport. A quiet, cozy cabin with full amenities. Has a king bed, plus a sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, and a kitchen with daily essentials. All the things you need for a quiet, quick and easy stay. You are close to anything and everything. It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Modern colorful "sweet"

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.
