Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Purcells@Knockdrinna, charming cottage in village

This charming converted stable is located alongside Knockdrinna Cafe which offers a facility for breakfast, lunch and pre order dinner service, details are available on Knockdrinna website. Purcells' , an old stone building, has a double height living area, kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ensuite. The downstairs is accessible with a wet room/shower and toilet. We have renovated with natural wood throughout. There is an open fire and electric heating for which there is a charge in winter

Step out the front door onto the Mile with its historic attractions or immerse yourself in the city's ancient brewing tradition at the Smithwick’s brewery just up the street. The Tourist Office is located on High Street. The Medieval Mile Museum is 3 minute walk away. McDonagh Junction Shopping Centre is also close by. We offer complementary parking in our on-site carpark, located to the rear of the The Front Room Bar. Access is through the Archway/Lane beside the Bar.
