Joyful Residence Poros is a quiet, ground floor, modern house of 45 sq.m., with private space in front of it, which can also be used as parking lot. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is located in Askeli, 2 Km from the center of Poros. The house is 300 m from the beach of Askeli, which has the possibility for water sports. Nearby you will find water slides, swimming pool, supermarket, bakery, pastry, café, tavern, restaurant, grill, pizzeria, gym & bike- scooter rental. (Licence No 2985540)

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη πράσινη περιοχή με μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα και στην κοιλάδα με τις πορτοκαλιές. Απέχει 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από την υπέροχη παραλία με εγκαταστάσεις για λουόμενους, 10 λεπτά από το χωριό και το μικρό αρχαίο θέατρο της Επιδαύρου, 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το φημισμένο θέατρο της Επιδαύρου, 30-60 λεπτά από το όμορφο Ναύπλιο, τις Μυκήνες, τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο και τον Ισθμό της Κορίνθου, τα ιαματικά λουτρά των Μεθάνων, καθώς και τα νησιά Πόρο, Ύδρα και Σπέτσες.

Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

Traditional Hydra stone house

Our place is a traditional stone house at Kamini district. It's a 15 minute walk from the port and 7 minutes from one of the best beaches of Hydra. Kamini is a quiet neighborhood with a small marina and restaurants serving delicious greek dishes. Our house has a balcony with exceptional sea view, a cozy side patio and a garden with lemon trees. It's a 2 bedroom house renovated and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing-drying machine, A/C, Wi-Fi, Tv etc.) making it ideal for families.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv and is only a 40 meters away from the biggest beach of Poros. Supermarket, bakery, bike rental and great restaurants are nearby. Aida studios is located in Askeli area on Poros island. It is higher up which gives it a great view of Askeli beach but it also means the road to get there is uphill and quite steep.

Traditional Poros residence "Nina's House"

Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.
