Cozy Apartment in the Heart of Porto Heli

Ένα άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμενο διαμέρισμα, ιδανικό για 3 άτομα, σας περιμένει στην καρδιά του Πορτοχελίου. Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, καναπέ, κλιματισμό, Wi-Fi και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Όλα βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια: σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία, εστιατόρια, λιμάνι και αξιοθέατα, ενώ οι παραλίες είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Μεσολαβεί μία κενή ημέρα μεταξύ κρατήσεων για μέγιστη υγιεινή, προσφέροντας δυνατότητα early check-in και late check-out για άνετη διαμονή.

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Διαμέρισμα 51 τμ.(υπνοδωμάτιο και καναπέ κρεβάτι), τεράστιο μπαλκόνι , απέραντη θέα στο λιμάνι του Πορτοχελίου. Στο κέντρο της διασκέδασης ( εστιατόρια, καφέ , μπαρ),κοντά σε αγορά, ταξί, σούπερ μάρκετ, ιπτάμενα δελφίνια. Το δημόσιο πάρκιγκ βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων. Από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα περιπάτου κατά μήκος του λιμανιού, καθώς και περιπάτου γύρω από το χωριό, στο γραφικό λιμανάκι της Μπάλτιζας. Υπέροχο πρωινό με την ανατολή του ήλιου, ειδυλλιακό ηλιοβασίλεμα.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s.
