The hut is equipped with Wi-Fi, CCTV, private lawn, private parking for 4-5 cars, and backup UPS. Housekeeper is available 24/7 on site. Servant quarter is available for 2 staff members.

Fully equipped kitchen with new cutlery/crockery plus appliances. Clean linen also provided. The cottage is surrounded by forest, with a private garden. Gradual steps lead down from parking. There are two staff for small chores. Mochi Dhara bazaar is minutes away where all necessities are available.
