Knysna Houseboat Myrtle

Houseboat Myrtle is a totally self-contained wooden cottage on the water. Permanently Anchored in the Knysna Lagoon, it’s a two minute dinghy ride from the Knysna Waterfront and we’ll give you lessons to get you going on the water. Myrtle is one of the original Knysna houseboats and has a lovely wood finish inside. With its two decks, it’s perfect for lazy days floating on the lagoon. Situated on the Bitou River just 6klm’s from Plettenberg Bay. Known for its bird life, cycling & running trails & just far enough out of town to experience a slower pace of living. A 5 or 10 minute drive to our nearest world renowned wine estates & multiple blue flag beaches to choose from.

Seagrass Cottage, Plettenberg Bay at Solar Beach

Seagrass is a charming beach bungalow just 100m from Plett’s premier Sanctuary/Solar Beach. Styled in a relaxed, contemporary beach aesthetic, it features open-plan living that flows onto a sunny pool deck—three bedrooms open directly to it. Goose cottage, situated in a fynbos estate.

Self catering, fully equipped large cottage with top end appliances and luxury bathroom. Very private, with gorgeous views of the Knysna lagoon. Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Forest Heart Cabin: Slipper Bath & Fireplace

Forest Heart Cabin is the perfect getaway. It is private and quiet, with a breath-taking view of the Knysna forest. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, champagne on the deck when you arrive and watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning or soak in the luxurious slipper bath at sunset! The Cabin is ideally located and a 10-15 minute drive to Knysna, as well as the gorgeous Buffalo Bay Beach and a number of forest walks.

Beautiful cottage with views of the Tsitsikamma mountain range. Perfect for sunrise, sunset, stargazing and bird watching. Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.

Cloud Cottage

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.

Hidden Leaf Cottage

Hidden Leaf Cottage is tucked away and surrounded by beautiful indigenous forest & bush. All of our properties at Hidden Leaf have been setup in way that offer complete privacy & seclusion. As you enter the space, you will feel the outside world melt away. You won't see another person, structure, or anything else but nature, making it the perfect place to detach, relax and recharge.
