With so much to keep you busy locally, it is a treat to come back to the Hideaway and feel away from it all!

Completely self-contained and separate from the estate house. A 5 or 10 minute drive to our nearest world renowned wine estates & multiple blue flag beaches to choose from.

Forest Hills - Sagewood Cottage

Sagewood Cottage is a very spacious apartment for 2 people. The bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and a large lounge, dining room and kitchen. All the rooms look out onto the forested valley and mountains beyond. There is a pool a short distance from the house and easy walks on the property where one can explore a bit of the forest. Forest Hills is a 15 minute drive away from Knysna and Buffalo Bay and 10 minutes away from the national forest.

Goose cottage, situated in a fynbos estate.

Self catering, fully equipped large cottage with top end appliances and luxury bathroom. Very private, with gorgeous views of the Knysna lagoon. Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.

This delightful little off-grid cabin is a great getaway for nature lovers; who might enjoy to be out of the suburban buzz. Simply constructed with tasteful decor, lots of natural light and peaceful surrounds. This little cabin is the perfect spot for adventure lovers and sporting enthusaists wanting to enjoy the trails and mountain biking routes of the Knysna Forest.

The Cabin at Equleni Farm

Beautiful 2-bedroom private ensuite cottage, wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, stunning views of the lake and mountains. Self-catering, pet-friendly with air con, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix and all the essentials. 4 adults & sleeper couch for small children. We have borehole water and off the grid backup power.
