The town of Hammondsport is 6 miles away and has 2 local beaches for swimming and lake activity, restaurants, gift shops, antique shops, groceries, ect. There is a large deck overlooking the lake and the vineyards.

This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. There is also plenty of off-street parking available. We are putting together the gas firepit and seating now

Keuka Lake view cottage located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the East side of the lake. This is a year round guest house that was rebuilt in 2019-2020. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
