It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
