Can comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids on the bunk beds (200 pound limit for the bunk beds ) will be equipped with clean sheets, blankets and pillow cases. Plastic plates, cups, plastic forks/spoons. Sure does include parking for one car next to RV and plenty of street parking around neighborhood. We clean and sanitize our rv after every use to ensure your safety (:
