Υπάρχουν τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ, νοσοκομείο και φυσικά νυχτερινή ζωή Στην Πεσσάδα υπάρχει μικρό λιμανάκι όπου αράζουν μικρά σκάφη καθώς και φερυ μποτ για Ζάκυνθο.
