There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. Meijer, Walmart are 15 min.

Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.
