This 3600' home sits on 2.5 acres inside city limits in one of Kenai's premier neighborhoods. A large driveway boats room for Boat/RV parking or plenty of vehicles to accommodate larger families or groups. Home has open floor plan, chefs kitchen, family/formal space, large deck and freezer for processed fish storage.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
