Lazy J Homestead Cabin

Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Stay at our wilderness ecolodge located in the Kenai Fjords! We offer oceanfront yurt lodging on our property that is surrounded by the Alaskan wilderness. Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

Sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in loft & 1 in queen in main living area. This Waterfront Cabin offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Augustine, and Mt. Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.
