Top floor, centrally located and well connected to bus stops and main roads. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2022. There are windows and views in all directions. In the Big Room, renovated in 2025, there’s a bed of 200x180cm and a long sofa, for a third person. The windows, facing South and West, have “blackout curtains” to keep out the midnight sun. Our house is in Ellidaardalur which is a very beautiful recreational area with a salmon river in the middle. Only 10 minute walk to public transport centre. The appartment is 35 square metres with high ceilings. Top quality king size bed, and a sleeping sofa. Exellent for famely with kids.
