Sea Satin Sounio... A sea-front studio, renovated on 2022 and March 2023. Two small clean beaches, 08 & 20 meters from the house, and a large beach with sunbeds 100 metres from the house. Ideal choice for anyone who wants to spend a few days, literally a breath away from the sea House tangent to Punda Zeza beach. Access to the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio (6km), to Athens International Airport (30km), and to Athens historical city center (60km), with possibility of private pick-up arrangement

Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
