Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Frankton, private room with own access + bathroom

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.
