There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

The Billiards Room

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. Serious.

Located on Queenstown Hill, Earnslaw Vista provides panoramic views of the Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. Remarkable Rest

Built in 2024, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located close to The Remarkables. There is full privacy and your own seperate side entrance to the unit. A cozy, warm stay with full underfloor heating and air conditioning unit for your comfort. The guest unit is attached to our main family home (so please be aware you may hear us on occasion).
