I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα λίγα μέτρα απο το κέντρο της Ολυμπίας και κοντά στον Αρχαιολογικό χώρο σε απόσταση βαδίσματος. Η “σοφίτα”μας είναι ένας Παραδοσιακός ξενώνας με θέα στο βουνό των μουσών Ελικώνα και στον Παρνασσό.Το κατάλυμα μας είναι έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει οικογένειες ,ζευγάρια και παρέες που αναζητούν ένα μέρος που συνδυάζει την φυσική ομορφιά, την χαλάρωση αλλά και τα extreme sports. Μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει κάθε σας επιθυμία,οποιαδήποτε εποχή επιλέξετε να μας επισκεφτείτε. Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Στείρι ,το οποίο συνδυάζει ιστορία,περιπέτεια, βουνό και θάλασσα.

Ένα ευχάριστο διώροφο σπίτι 62 τ.μ. στο κέντρο του Γαλαξιδίου, παραδοσιακού στυλ με κυκλαδίτικες πινελιές, σας περιμένει για να περάσετε στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.
