The kamara

Our guest house,"The Kamara", is located in the peaceful village of Neohori in Westernmani. Only a five minute drive from the sandy beaches of Kalogria and Stoupa (a car is recommended), and with a backdrop of the Taygetos mountains, the traditional village has two bakeries, two cafenions, a minimarket, and a taverna. The house is fully equipped. Upstairs is a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed. Downstairs, in a traditional Kamara with vaulted ceiling, is the bedroom and en-suite.

One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Stone strongholds that thrust from the rocky land as if to strike the sky itself. Their height was directly related to their defensive ability, but also to the rank and social position of the family to which they belonged. Their construction drew inspiration from Byzantine fortification architecture.

Villa "Galini" in Proastio Kardamili

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

Eirini's house

The property is located in a quite neighborhood in Prosilio village (West Mani; check location section). The stone house has been recently restored and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfort stay throughout the year. Private parking, air conditioning covering all spaces, fully equipped kitchen and electric appliances are provided in order to accommodate comfortably 4 persons.

ΑΝΑX villa Kalamata Verga

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.

Mani Tseria. Fantastic view

"Fantastic view" At the foot of Mount Taygetos, at an altitude of 650 meters, lies the traditional village of Tseria. At the beginning of the village with direct access by car, a fully renovated house, awaits you to enjoy from the balcony the stunning views of the Messinian bay, the magnificent sunsets, forget the rhythms of the city and enjoy the tranquility and the climate area.

Το κατάλυμα των 110τ.μ βρίσκεται στο Αρχοντικό Αβίας στην Καλαμάτα, σε απόσταση μόλις 400μ. από την παραλία. Είναι κτισμένο σε αμφιθεατρικό σημείο με απεριόριστη θέα το Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και την πόλη της Καλαμάτας. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται στάση λεωφορείου, mini market, beach bar και εστιατόρια. Απέχει 9χλμ. από το κάστρο και το ιστορικό κέντρο της Καλαμάτας.
