Within 10 km of our location there are plenty of Wineries, Wine roads, Olive Oil producers, restaurants, Paragliding Kaštelir and Vrbanovica picknic spot etc. For a vibrant nightlife you can visit Poreč or Novigrad, towns with numerous clubs, night bars and cafes and all year round diverse events.

Stay at this stunning house located in the peaceful village Kastelir, surrounded by similar villas and holiday homes. Iznajmljuje se apartman od 120 m2 u moderno opremljenoj kući smještenoj u malom i mirnom mjestu Labinci u blizini Poreča (10 km). Iznajmljuje se apartman u prizemlju kuće s direktnim pristupom vrtu. U kući žive domaćini na gornjem katu, međutim ne koriste nikakve sadržaje okućnice i svi sadržaji kao što su sezonski bazen, roštilj, stolni nogomet, pikado, terasa za sunčanje i prostor za opuštanje isključivo na raspolaganju gostima. U blizini se nalaze manji marketi, restorani i kafići.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.

Villa Jolanda is a newly renovated house with swimming pool located in the village Kastelir with a lovely panoramic seaview. Holiday house for 10 persons with a total living area of 250 sqm, situated on two floors and consisting of two separate accommodation units that are rented as one unit for 10 people infants and children included.

Apartman u tri etaže u adaptiranoj istarskoj kamenoj kući. Dvorište je zajedničko s još jednom jedinicom pa nije prigodno za reaktivne pse. Kućica je u nizu sličnih kamenih kuća u malom istarskom selu. Prostor je "open space" svaki kat je jedna prostorija... Ljubimci su i više nego dobrodošli :)
