Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

Our lovely little house is situated in a olive grove. It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

This cozy and bright apartment is fully equipped for 2 people. There is a room with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entire space is air conditioned. Terrace with barbecue this apartment gives personality.
