Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 100m from the sea and 5min walk to the center of city. Villa is arranged over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor with terrace on the top.

The apartment has a double sea view, from both balconies. It is located 200 m away from the nearest beach. The interior of the apartment is 35 m2. The biggest gem of the apartment is the big balcony that is 18 m2 on which is a dinning table and sun chairs. From the big bedroom with a special balcony you can enjoy the morning coffee before taking a swim in the ocean which is 3 min of walk from the apartment.
