Holiday home with pool Tonka is located halfway between the cities of Split and Trogir whose historic core are under the protection of UNESCO. And the city of Kaštel Gomilica by itself has a fortress Kaštilac which was built in the 16th century as a defense of the Turks. There were filmed scenes from the Game of Thrones. Our home is settled in K. Gomilica under the mountain of Kozjak and overlooks the beautiful bay of Kaštela. This house is only 700 meters away from the sea and the large marina. The house is surrounded by 1200 meters of courtyard that includes a large olive grove that hides the house from undesirables views. A special feature of this property is the 32 m2 outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck and covered al-fresco dining area with open outside fireplace and summer kitchen. There is a mini playground for children with swing and trampoline next to the pool. On the roof terrace of 170 square meters there is an outside Intex hot tub for 4 persons.

Apartment is located in Kastel Gomilica, between two UNESCO protected towns of Split and Trogir (12 km). Beach is just 50 m away and Marina Kastela is on your doorstep. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. Castle Townhouse

Kaštilac is a small castle located on a rocky reef in the Adriatic Sea, just off the coast of Kaštel Gomilica. The castle was built in the 16th century by Benedictine nuns who had fled to the area to escape Ottoman invaders. The castle was constructed using local stone and features a rectangular tower, a chapel, and living quarters for the nuns. Today, Kaštilac is a popular tourist attraction and is accessible by boat or kayak. Visitors can explore the castle and learn about its history.
