It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. The original marble stone carved from the craftsmen in 1902, still decorates the front porch and within its 4,000 square meters garden, it will be a delightful experience for you and your friends to sit back, relax & enjoy your recriational days in the mountains.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
