It's great place for solo adventurers or couples that are looking for a quiet place to be alone with their thought, reading, writing, meditating, painting, swiming in the waterfall, listening to music, biking, runing or long walking in the beautiful forest surrounding.

Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests and anything You need to spend a relaxing time in the mountains. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Jeśli jesteście spragnieni szeptów drzew, odgłosów łąki, widoku świetlików, ptasich treli, gwieździstego nieba, odpoczynku w miejscu gdzie czas płynie wolniej, a świat przeżywa się pełniej i uważniej, to przyjeżdżajcie do Wysokiej Trawy.

We invite you to apartment no. 3 in Karpniki in the atmospheric interior of the former mill. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 more people. The view from the living room extends to Karpniki and the Karkonosze Mountains. The apartment has 1 parking space on the property. Please note that it is old building with wooden ceilings. That means you might hear the sounds from other apartments that are upstairs.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
