Er is veel privé door een natuurlijke aanleg van de tuin. De benedenverdieping is voorzien van vloerverwarming, kookgelegenheid, wasruimte en toilet. Ook is er een grote inbouwkast voor eventueel koffers, jassen, schoenen en tassen. Op de eerste verdieping is een slaapkamer met dubbele wastafel, doucheruimte en aparte toilet.

TV aanwezig. Er is een keukentje aanwezig waarin zich een magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en koelkastje bevinden. Het is niet mogelijk om uitgebreid te koken. Er staat een kleine eettafel met 2 stoelen. Voor de Guesthouse heeft u een klein buitenterras met 2 zitplekken.
