We are a young busy family with two small kids giving nights away in our boutique studio guest house located in a quiet oasis of Weymouth which is surrounded by beautiful beaches of Manukau harbour, parks and playgrounds, biking trails, rugby club, football valleys and boat ramps. Our beloved granny flat is built according to all the building standards with an insulation, ventilation and PVC double glazing doors/windows. There is a secured off street parking. Welcome to the West Wing! We live in an old villa on 2 acres of lawn and garden. Near the main house but not attached to it we have our guest house. We have decorated it in keeping with it’s history but with all modern conveniences including Sky TV. We have a comfy king bed in the studio part with a double bed upstairs in the gorgeous retro attic. The upstairs bed is suitable for a smaller couple or a single person or child. We have a lovely, well equipped kitchen.
