A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also steps away from an OC Transpo Bus stop. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.

North Kanata Secluded Guest Unit in Nature

This is a guest suite attached to the house in peaceful nature with wildlife, less than 30 minutes drive from Ottawa downtown. It has its own separate entrance to give guests full privacy. The living room has a mini kitchenette for light use. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The unit is only rented to one guest at a time; you will have the entire unit during your stay. Starlink was newly installed, and the internet is fast for remote telework!

Enjoy your getaway in this adorable private house at the end of a dead end street. Only steps away from the Ottawa Valley Recreation trail. Its also minutes from Downtown Almonte which has so many cute shops and restaurants along with stunning views of the Mississippi River. The house is bright and cheery with a nice size yard and deck to enjoy.
