La maison est située dans le village de montagne pittoresque de Doukades. Elle a presque 150 ans, mais grâce à une rénovation récente, elle dispose de tout le confort moderne, lumière et espace. A proximité, vous trouverez la place de village animée, des restaurants et des routes de randonnée idylliques. Un peu plus loin se trouvent les plus belles plages. Located at the heart of the village, only a few meters from the village square, Nodas Studio offers a vivid experience of Liapades and its locals. Fully renovated, with modern aesthetic, private porch and private parking. Our accomodation is situated in the center of Paleokastritsa, fifty meters away from a beach. The house has two apartments with big balconies and amazing sea view from Paleokastritsa. Apartment 1 : one bedroom, sitting room with 2 beds and 1 sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a big sea view terasse . Apartment 2: one bedroom, sitting room with 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and a big full sea view balcony.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.
