Notre maison est située au coeur de la région d'Apokronas, entre les contreforts des Montagnes Blanches et les eaux cristallines de la baie de Souda (20min). Au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles, elle est un ancien Kafénio rénové par un architecte grec local.Elle offre le charme de la tradition grecque et tous les conforts modernes. Le jardin est construit sur 3 terrasses exposées plein sud. A Samonas se trouve une taverne réputée. A Stylos (10min en voiture) commerces, tavernes, minimarchés.

A traditional stone house in a quiet mountain village Thymia, Keramia with breath-taking views, surrounded by nature & 19 km from Chania. The Villa is tranquil and you’ll hear the tinkle of goat/sheep bells & by evening the Scops Owl with its distinctive call. The Villa is 160 m² - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge & dining room. The pool has mountain views via its infinity side. The outside kitchen has BBQ & traditional wood-fired oven. The upper terrace of 80 m² has a sofa/dining area.

Ενα μικρό, ήσυχο σπίτι 55τμ στο χωριό Λάκκοι, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.
