I personally welcome my guests 24/7 without extra charges ! If I am not able to welcome you in person, you will be welcomed by one member of my family or a person whom I absolutely trust. We will also be at your disposal for any other help you may need during your stay. Our place is a newly renovated apartment with all brand new furnitures and home appliances. And we have put lots of efforts in making the apartment comfortable for our guests. The apartment is only a block away from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, where you could have a peaceful walk inside the big park, or you take part in the events which are going on in the Center. Besides, it's close to Metropolitan Hospital and Ρεα Maternity Hospital.

Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική καθώς υπάρχουν πολλά καταστήματα (super market, φούρνος, φαρμακείο) σε κοντινή απόσταση. Πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό λεωφορείων. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Ωνάσειο.
