Horizon villa is a stone house at the top of a hill over Portianou village, with an astonishing view to south, over Moudros and Diapori bays. It is located in a yard of 3000 m3. Offers privacy and plenty parking space. In the village, ''Portianou'' your can find a bakery, a tavern, a butcher and minimarkets. 5 min driving from one of the best beaches of the island, ''evgatis''. 10 min from airport and 15 min from the capital Myrina. A lovely and easy to live and enjoy vacation villa.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Καλλιόπη, πολύ κοντά στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Γεωργίου, απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Κέρος η οποία είναι ιδανική για τους λάτρεις του wind και kite surfing. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται η φυσική Αλυκή, η Χορταρόλιμνη (περιοχή Natura). Εντός του χωριού της Καλλιόπης σε μικρή απόσταση, βρίσκονται: mini market, μαγαζί για souvenir, πρωινό και καφέ, ταβέρνα και κατάστημα ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων.

An old, traditional cottage house, fully equipped with all the amenities (air conditioning, smart TV+Netflix, Internet, cooker etc.). It is located in one of the fastest growing villages of Lemnos, Kontopouli, while it is only 4 km away (8 min. by car) from the well known surfers beach Keros. This two-storey stone house offers a cozy stay with a ground-floor living room and kitchen, and an upper floor with two bedrooms divided by a wooden wall. One has a single bed, the other a double and a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a balcony upstairs and a spacious yard below. Important: From Jan 2024, Greece requires a “Climate Resilience Fee” for all short-term rentals, set at €8 per night.
